Demonstrate how RelayHealth enhances the patient experience by making health information more accessible and strengthening communication between patients and their care teams.

Solution
We collaborated with an outside agency to produce Beyond Connectivity, a short, infographic-style video that showcased RelayHealth’s solutions through the lens of a patient’s healthcare journey. The video simplified complex health data concepts, making it easy to see how RelayHealth improves access, communication, and overall patient care.
