Objective
Promote the redesigned RelayHealth patient portal to hospital network leadership, highlighting its enhanced capabilities and the value of a more seamless, patient-centered experience.

Solution
Working with our in-house web team, we developed a multi-touch digital campaign to drive awareness and adoption. Targeted landing pages—amplified through email outreach—invited prospects to schedule demos and download a best practices guide on patient engagement. To deepen engagement, we built a streamlined website showcasing key features and benefits, anchored by a two-minute infographic video contextualizing the portal within RelayHealth’s larger mission of connected care.
